My background combines evidence based nutrition advice with a strong interest in endurance and performance nutrition, particularly within cycling, running and long-duration sport.

I work with a wide range of people, from those simply looking to improve their health, energy levels and body composition, through to endurance athletes wanting to optimise fuelling, recovery and performance.

My approach focuses on practical, sustainable changes that fit into real life. No extreme restriction, no unrealistic meal plans, and no obsession with perfection.

Instead, the goal is to help clients better understand nutrition, improve long-term habits, and create meaningful changes that positively impact both health and performance.
