My approach is to focus on building long-term habits, understanding the principles of nutrition and ultimately enjoying a sustainable healthy diet, not suffering through weeks of restriction and misery.

  • Easy online 5 day food diary
  • Data sheet on the general principles of nutrition (What your levels of micro & macro nutrients should be, general advice, etc)
  • Detailed bespoke analysis & breakdown of your current diet detailing macro and micro nutrients intake
  • Suggestions to rebalancing the distribution of both macro and micro nutrients (Including some recipe ideas)
  • Realistic ideas for diet adaption, plus important substitution ideas
  • Where relevant, sports performance and recovery science, including ideas for pre, during and post race day
  • Regular check-ins to assess how things are going, plus analysis and adjustments where required
  • Final consultation after the month
  • Three month check in
